ABOUT DRIFTED FIRE ANGEL

Each piece of driftwood has been handpicked by me from the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod and the Connecticut shoreline. All of the driftwood has been cleaned thoroughly, using zero harsh chemicals. Every piece of art created is unique and made with love and respect for nature.

I have a deep love and respect for the ocean. So many cherished lessons learned from my Gramps, my angel. He explained many times how powerful the moon is, its capability of controlling the tides, and the sheer strength of the waves. I appreciate the power of the sun. I adore the fire, the intensity and the beauty as the sun rises and sets. They are certainly gifts.

The potential of nature amazes me. I often wonder about the journey each piece of driftwood has taken. How many years did it ride the waves? How many beaches has it basked in the sun on? How many storms has it weathered? Yet it is still there. It is beautiful, useful, and valued.

Being at the beach is my happy place. It evokes a sense of calm, serenity, and peace. I tend to lose myself and my worries in a sense of gratitude and quiet reflection. Each one of a kind creation brings that vibe into your home.

I have poured a piece of my heart in each and every handcrafted design. I truly hope you enjoy this majestic artform as much as I have enjoyed the process of creating them.
